We are here to help you improve your natural sports ability. We offer a range of activities to build skills, conditioning and teamwork, including our classes, holiday camps, and one-on-one personal training. Our programs help students improve their game and overall athleticism. The group activities are some of the most rewarding, enabling students to build friendships while developing new skills.
We offer a range of group and one-on-one coaching options for both children and adults. Groups are limited in size to ensure that each person receives plenty of individual attention, as well as allowing for fun five-a-side games at the end of each session. We’re also able to partner with local schools and businesses to provide regular training sessions – please give our friendly partnerships manager a call to discuss this option. Our one-on-one sessions are best suited for those looking to hone their speed and agility, perhaps for a club trial or upcoming game.
