MultiSport

The primary objective of our MultiSport program is to introduce young children around the age of four to the concept of sport. Here the focus is on the fun and fundamentals of the ABCs – Agility, Balance and Coordination – along with basic instructions.‘ABC’ skills are developed through games which challenge and help children grow as players.

Football

Our top-notch football ground provides an individual the necessary platform to practice and excel in the sport.
Evening 4:00 pm to 9:00pm.
4 days a week for boys and girls age 4 to 18yrs.

Cricket

We have excellent facilities for cricket training which would help nurture the children into wonderful players.
Morning 6:15 am to 8:30 am. Evening 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Physical Fitness

Fitness training balances five elements of good health. Make sure your routine includes aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and flexibility and stretching.

Morning 5:30 am to 7:30am.

Archery

Archery is an ancient art that helps you improve your focus and improve physical strength.
Morning 6:00 am to 7:30 am.
Every Tuesday and Thursday. The session for all ages.

Silambham

Silambham is a weapon based indian martial art. It improves heart function relieves mental stress and fatigue
Morning 6:00 am to 7:00am.
Every week on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Karate

Karate is an very popular form of martial arts that helps in building body and mind.
Morning 6:00 am to 7:30am.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art to keep the body in its best functionality, in order to lead a healthy and happy life.
Morning 6:00 am to 7:00am.
Monday, Wednesday , Friday for all ages.
